Corporate Integrity Policy
An agency that sells judgment should be able to show its own. This page says what we demand of ourselves, what we will not do, and who to write to if we ever fall short.
What we demand of ourselves
- We recommend without charging and without paying. When an engagement calls for something outside our craft — legal, tax or technical counsel — we recommend an allied firm. We receive no payment for that recommendation, and we pay none when an allied firm recommends us. We recommend whoever solves the problem, not whoever rewards us.
- Conflicts are declared before you ask. If any relationship with a recommended ally could weigh on our judgment, you hear about it from us first. We prefer an awkward conversation to a silent doubt.
- What is yours does not travel. What we learn working with you is never used for another client's benefit — least of all a competitor's. If two clients of the house ever come to compete, we tell them both and build a working wall between the two engagements.
- Your data goes only where you say. When a project requires sharing your material with an allied firm, we share the minimum necessary, with your permission and under a duty of confidence. Never for our own convenience.
- On artificial intelligence we do not repeat ourselves — we link. How and why we use these tools is written down, dated and versioned, in our AI Transparency Policy. One promise, one wording.
Who we work with
Before bringing in an allied firm we examine its track record and professional conduct. We do not collaborate with people or companies whose history shows a lack of ethics or criminal behaviour. That examination happens case by case, before signing, and is repeated if anything changes.
What we do not take on
Some engagements we decline even where they are legal: pornography, betting and gambling, and the marketing of any product that, however legal, can cause addiction. Other cases are weighed one by one — and when the engagement and our judgment pull apart, judgment wins.
If something feels wrong
If you believe we have broken any promise made here, write to integridad@fastforwardcommunication.agency. We answer within 30 calendar days.
An email arrives with a sender, so we do not promise anonymity — we do not promise what we cannot keep. We do promise two things: that on request your identity will not be shared with the party concerned, and that writing in good faith will never carry a reprisal.
Validity
This policy is revised when needed, not by calendar. Every version is archived with its date: if it ever changes, it will be possible to know what it said when you took us at our word.
