Integrity Policy for External Collaborators and Suppliers

We work with other firms — legal, tax, technical — when an engagement calls for it, and they count on us when communication is the craft. This page sets the rules of that alliance, in both directions. It is not about our internal team: it is about the houses ours works with.

What we expect from you

  • Conduct that stands the light. A clean track record and work within the law and professional ethics — the same things we examine before allying, sustained afterwards.
  • Confidentiality under double lock. What you learn about our clients through us stays inside the engagement. Their data is used only as agreed, protected, and returned or destroyed at the end.
  • Conflicts declared unprompted. If anything could compromise your independence on an engagement, we hear it from you.
  • The client relationship belongs to whoever brought it. Direct contact a project may require does not make the client yours, nor ours a prospect to poach.
  • No payments for recommending. Between this house and yours, no recommendation is bought or charged — in either direction.

What you can expect from us

  • The same rules, mirrored. Every commitment on this list binds us towards you in exactly the same way: your client is yours, your confidentiality is sacred, our conflicts are declared to you, and we will never ask for nor offer payment for a recommendation.
  • Clear briefs and serious dealing. Scope, deadlines and terms in writing before work starts; changes agreed, never imposed.
  • Your work carries your name. We do not appropriate your work or present it as our own.
  • The same limits. The sectors this house declines — set out in our Corporate Integrity Policy — will not enter through an alliance either.
  • The same channel, open to you. If you believe we have failed any of this, write to integridad@fastforwardcommunication.agency. We answer within 30 calendar days, with no reprisal for speaking plainly and with your identity withheld on request.

How this document binds

These principles travel as an annex to the collaboration agreement, versioned and dated. Where the agreement regulates a matter in more detail, the agreement prevails; in spirit, this page does. Every version is archived: it will always be possible to know which text each firm signed up to.

    The Digital Systems page embeds a video hosted on Vimeo: neither the player nor any resource from the platform loads until you allow it and press play. Two entries in Readings link out to YouTube videos: they are outbound links, not embedded content. Maps and social-media content are not currently embedded.
