Luis Martín

Political Communication, Media Relations & Advocacy

Luis (Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain) is founder and director. Strategic consultant, journalist and author. He has spent more than two decades at the intersection of communication, strategy and power; at Fast Forward, that judgment is what orders the rest.

Donna Jeffries

PR & Public Affairs

Donna (Cabo San Lucas, Mexico) has spent her career on Baja California Sur: tourism, institutional partnerships, and the work of bringing a project together with the people who can make it happen.

She was municipal director of Tourism for Los Cabos. At Fast Forward she leads PR, where what counts is less a list of contacts than an understanding of how a public decision moves. She has seen it from the inside.

Belén Rastrollo

Visual Identity & Styling

Belén (Badajoz, Spain) is a fashion editor, image consultant and stylist. Trained at the Istituto Europeo di Design, she has worked for Glamour, Cosmopolitan, Esquire and ¡Hola!, among others. As a stylist she has dressed actresses including Úrsula Corberó and Najwa Nimri for the Goya Awards.

She takes part in the public conversation on sustainable fashion and has been cited as an expert by WeLife. At Fast Forward she brings visual judgment when a public image cannot be improvised: high-visibility profiles, and the coherence between what is seen and what is said.

Content & Advertising

Marcos (La Coruña, Spain) is a political scientist, and it shows when the brief is political communication. His craft was built on measurement: advertising and brand positioning, audience and news-content research, market studies in Spain and Portugal.

At Fast Forward he leads content and advertising —from strategy to final copy— curates what gets published and works with the teams. A campaign is not defended with enthusiasm. It is defended with evidence.

Nelly Arce

Social Media

Nelly (Vizcaíno, Mexico) has spent most of her craft on digital content and communities: tourism, media, retail.

At Fast Forward she leads social media and digital content —from planning a profile to photography, video and the daily conversation—. Publishing is not the job. Listening, answering and looking after the brand when the conversation turns difficult is.

UX/UI, Product Design & Art Direction

Nuria (Madrid, Spain) is a digital designer: user experience, product design and art direction. She has spent more than twenty years building digital projects for large organizations, from consultancies such as Accenture and Capgemini and from inside the client, which is where you learn what a design has to withstand once it has been delivered.

At Fast Forward she leads product design and user experience —from the architecture of a screen to deciding what to leave out—. An interface is not finished when it looks good. It is finished when someone uses it without thinking about it.

Guillermo Sánchez

Software Engineering, Data & AI

Guillermo (Valencia, Spain) is studying Software Engineering at VIA University College (Horsens, Denmark) and works on distributed architectures. Before finishing his degree he has already built a learning platform, a voting application for institutions, and a system that can place a call, hold the conversation and qualify a contact.

At Fast Forward he leads software development and data engineering from agentika.technology: prototypes, integrations, and everything that has to work before it can be shown.

Eleven years of competitive basketball left him with an idea that counts for more here than a brilliant play: the system matters more than the shot.

Sofía Hernando

Team in Training

Sofía Hernando

Intern

Sofía (Madrid, Spain) is studying Biology at the University of San Diego, with minors in Chemistry and Music, and is working toward medicine and genetics.

At Fast Forward she handles research and the internal work that keeps the studio running.

Eight years at the conservatory (piano) and tutoring other students left her two qualities that count here: method, and the patience to explain something difficult well.

AI Agent — beta

LISA

User Experience (CX)

LISA (a server in Los Angeles, U.S.) is the proof of concept for a model by agentika.technology.

In its current beta it can orient an inquiry, provide information about the agency and the team, discuss what you need and, when appropriate, help schedule a meeting. It does not replace human judgment. It does not confirm projects, budgets, agreements or availability.

agentika.technology (opens in a new tab)

LISA is unavailable for now.

We’re preparing its next version. In the meantime, people are here to help through our contact channels.
