A website doesn't end
when it goes live
Registering a domain is easy. Keeping everything that depends on it properly maintained takes something more.
Configure. Protect. Back up. Renew. Review.
It has to be configured. Protected. Backed up. Renewed. Reviewed. And, when something fails, someone has to know where to look.
Our digital infrastructure plans bring those tasks together into one layer of continuous management, so the client doesn't have to deal separately with providers, renewals, certificates, backups, email accounts or technical adjustments.

Infrastructure shouldn't draw attention to itself. It should work.
Three configurations.
One logic.
Not every website needs the same thing.
A corporate presence with moderate activity has different demands from a publication that grows every week, or from an online store with a catalog, orders, databases and several mailboxes.
That is why we work with three reference configurations.
Each plan includes everything in the previous one and expands capacity, maintenance or resources where indicated.
It isn't about buying more. It's about buying what fits.
A professional foundation to start well
For independent professionals, micro-businesses, corporate pages, landing pages and portfolios that need a stable, properly configured web presence that is easy to maintain.
Domain
Registration, technical configuration and renewal of a standard domain, such as .com, .net or .org.
Includes WHOIS privacy where the extension and the registrar allow it.
Hosting
8 GB of SSD storage shared between website, files, databases, email and the other hosted resources.
Up to 5 GB of monthly transfer.
Security and backup
Managed SSL/TLS certificate and automatic daily backups.
We keep daily backups of the last seven days on independent infrastructure. Those backups don't use the plan's 8 GB.
Maintenance
Monthly technical review and updates of the components included in the service, to reduce incompatibilities, errors and availability problems.
Business email
Up to 3 individual accounts, with a maximum of 1 GB per mailbox and 3 GB of email in total within the shared pool.
Meant for moderate use: client contact, quotes, invoicing and everyday administration.
Support
A direct channel to Fast Forward for incidents related to the infrastructure covered by the plan.
When the website is already part of daily operations
For small businesses and growing teams, active editorial publications, corporate blogs, digital media and online stores in their first stage.
Includes configuration 01 and expands the following capabilities.
Domain
Registration, configuration and renewal of a standard domain or of certain commercial extensions, such as .shop, .store, .cloud or .online, subject to availability.
Hosting
20 GB of shared SSD storage.
Up to 20 GB of monthly transfer.
Performance
Caching and other acceleration mechanisms compatible with the site's architecture, to improve load and response times.
Maintenance
Weekly technical review, with updates, adjustments and security patches where appropriate.
Business email
Up to 8 individual accounts, with a capacity of up to 2 GB per mailbox within the plan's shared pool.
Space is allocated according to real use. The individual limit doesn't mean 2 GB is automatically reserved for each of the eight accounts: we keep enough capacity for the website and the other hosted resources.
More capacity for more demanding digital operations
For active online stores, membership platforms, online academies and companies whose digital activity combines databases, catalogs, files, business email and periods of higher demand.
Includes configuration 02 and expands the following capabilities.
Domain and brand protection
Registration, configuration and renewal of certain specialized extensions, such as .tech, .agency or .photography, subject to availability.
It can also include a second strategic domain, to reduce the risk of a relevant variant of the name ending up in someone else's hands.
Hosting
40 GB of SSD storage shared between website, databases, images, files, email and the other hosted resources.
Capacity is distributed according to the project's real needs.
Expanded resources
Configuration with higher or independent CPU and memory resources, where the contracted infrastructure allows it, for greater stability during periods of high demand.
Traffic and monitoring
Infrastructure prepared for higher transfer needs and more demanding activity peaks, sized to the project.
Includes periodic performance and security reviews, and priority support for the incidents covered by the service.
Business email
Up to 15 individual accounts.
Higher-use mailboxes can have between 3 and 5 GB, always within the 40 GB shared pool and in line with the needs of the rest of the infrastructure.
Capacity is managed where it's needed; no space sits idle for nobody.
Storage is a shared pool
The 8, 20 or 40 GB included in each plan aren't divided into rigid compartments.
Depending on the project, that space can be used for code, databases, images, documents, email and the other resources needed to operate.
A professional firm may need more email. An online store, more database and images. A publication, more room for its editorial archive.
The infrastructure is distributed according to that reality.
Automatic backups don't use your quota
The daily backups managed by Fast Forward are stored on independent infrastructure and don't take space from the plan's SSD pool.
Resources created inside the hosting itself do.
A staging environment, for example, can temporarily duplicate a substantial part of the site. Manual copies and backups generated by third-party tools also take space when they are stored on the same server.
Configured right
from the start.
Creating a mailbox isn't enough.
All plans include webmail, IMAP/POP3 setup on compatible devices, antispam filtering and configuration of the authentication mechanisms that apply to the domain, including SPF, DKIM and DMARC where appropriate.
Before handing the accounts over to the client, we also run a technical deliverability check.
Our handover criterion is a 10/10 score on that check before the handover.*
That doesn't mean promising where each message will land in the future.
An email can be correctly accepted by the receiving server and still end up in a secondary folder or in spam. From the handover on, the sender's reputation, sending patterns, list quality, recipient engagement and each provider's policies also come into play.
We take responsibility for delivering a technically sound configuration.
How the accounts are used afterwards matters too.
When something more is needed.
Not every project needs everything from day one.
When activity, volume or risk level justify it, we can add specific modules.
A01Active monitoring and protection
Automated monitoring to detect malicious activity, code-injection attempts and possible malware incidents, with action within the contracted scope.
A02Hourly backups
A higher backup frequency for projects where reducing the potential window of data loss is especially important.
A03International CDN
Content distribution through a delivery network, to improve load times for users in different regions.
A04Private or dedicated IP
Available when it's advisable to separate certain services from shared infrastructure.
Its suitability is assessed case by case. A dedicated IP alone doesn't guarantee inbox placement for email.
A05Staging environment
A private environment for testing updates, structural changes or new features before moving them to the public site.
While it remains active, it uses capacity from the plan's SSD pool.
A06Additional email
Additional mailboxes or capacity upgrades, where the available infrastructure allows it.
If growth stops being occasional, moving to the next plan may make more sense than keeping on expanding the previous one.
Managed means someone is taking care of it
The value isn't in accumulating gigabytes. It's in having someone watching over what usually gets attention only when it stops working.
Renewals. Certificates. Backups. Capacity. Email. Updates. Incidents.
Fast Forward takes care of that technical layer so you don't have to become a systems administrator, chase providers or dedicate internal resources to matters that aren't part of the work your clients choose you for.
DIVISION OF RESPONSIBILITIESYour business.

For many companies, managing this layer internally means taking time away from someone on the team, coordinating different providers or bringing in technical knowledge that is only needed now and then.
Technical capacity when it's needed, without having to build it inside your company.
This, too, is a decision made with judgment: knowing what deserves your attention and what is better left in good hands.
We don't promise that nothing will ever fail
No infrastructure connected to the internet is infallible.
Our job isn't to pretend otherwise.
It's to size it properly, maintain it, watch what needs watching and have recovery mechanisms ready when they're needed.
The physical infrastructure belongs to specialized providers. What we manage is the judgment with which it is sized, protected and maintained.
Judgment. Maintenance. Recovery.

You need to know
what deserves your attention.
The three configurations are reference points, not an invitation to oversize the project.
Before recommending one, we look at what the website needs to host, how email is used, what integrations exist, how much it may grow and what level of maintenance it needs.
And if the infrastructure you already have works well, there's no reason to replace it.
We're not looking to add dependency.
We want good work not to end up resting on bad architecture.
Email deliverability
The 10/10 score corresponds to the technical check carried out by Fast Forward immediately before the configured accounts are handed over to the client. It reflects the state observed at that moment and is not a guarantee of future deliverability or inbox placement.
Later results also depend on sending practices, the reputation of the sender and of the domain, the accounts' history, list quality, recipient engagement and the criteria of the different providers.
Storage and backups
The capacities indicated correspond to the total SSD pool of each plan. Website, databases, files, email, test environments and the other hosted resources share that capacity.
The automatic daily backups managed by Fast Forward are stored on independent infrastructure and don't count against that pool. Manual copies, staging environments and backups created by third-party tools inside the account itself can use it.
On WordPress installations we may recommend reconfiguring or removing backup plugins that needlessly duplicate the managed system or compromise the available capacity.
Availability
The domain extensions, capacities, resources and modules described are subject to availability, technical compatibility and the conditions applicable at the time of contracting. If a project requires a different configuration, Fast Forward will say so before formalizing the service.
