CORAL residential development in Los Cabos.

Case study · CORAL

A brand built from the blueprint.

We did not “build a website.” We joined a real estate development in Los Cabos while it was still a set of plans and built the full architecture that made it presentable, sellable, and operational.

The context.

CORAL is a real estate project in Baja California Sur, within the SABINA Residencial ecosystem. We came in at an early stage, before the project had a public form.

The challenge.

Turn a project that existed only on paper into a clear, presentable, commercially coherent proposition—without inventing what did not yet exist or overpromising.

What we did.

Strategy, brand identity, commercial narrative, digital presence, materials, and preliminary documentation, with support throughout the launch phase.

Communication

A brand system spanning the project narrative, logo and symbol design, and the sales process.

  1. Brand kit.
  2. Visual identity manual and guide.
  3. Positioning and social-media narrative strategy for real estate agents: respectful brand-use policies, content pillars, tone, editorial principles, content system, hooks, preferred channels, and granular format specifications.
  4. Landing page in static HTML and vanilla JavaScript, with 100/100/100 Google PageSpeed Insights scores.

  5. The project’s first presentation brochure.

Launch Architecture

Bringing order to sales processes.

  1. Master project briefing for real estate agents—technical, financial, legal, and commercial.
  2. Sales kit for real estate agents.
  3. Sales policies and strategies.
  4. Operational guides for three sales channels: Broker Associates, Hosted Tour Associates, and Referral Associates.
  5. Protocols for registering leads, maintaining the tour log, and handling prospective-client intakes.
  6. A bilingual legal package validated by external professionals: unit reservation agreement and purchase promise agreement.
  7. Financial package: strategic pricing advice, financial models, and an interactive online dashboard to simulate pricing, phased sales pace, financing offers, construction schedules, and their impact on the income statement and cash flow.

Project duration

13 months (April 2025–May 2026).

The system, not the pieces.

A strategic dimension that gives purpose to the whole; a visual one that gives it identity; a commercial one that activates sales; a digital one that projects it into the world; and a documentary one that supports it from the roots. Perfectly coordinated layers, never isolated pieces.

Launch Architecture, applied to a real project.

Before communicating CORAL, we had to bring CORAL into order. The case study demonstrates the method: structure first, then the pieces.

What CORAL proves.

That Fast Forward can enter before a project has a public story and build the architecture that makes it presentable, sellable, and operational.
